
Sam Roth is a painter originally from Johnson City, Tennessee, now based in Murfreesboro. She moved to attend Middle Tennessee State University, where she is pursuing a degree in art therapy. While painting is her primary medium, Roth enjoys exploring a wide range of artistic practices. Her work is known for its vivid use of color, especially bold primaries.
With six years of painting experience, Roth has begun to gain recognition for her work. She was recently published in the Visual Arts Journal (21st issue) and Collage Magazine, MTSU’s student-run literary and arts publication.
