My favorite subjects are wild and semi-wild landscapes, especially of rural Tennessee and Poland. Many of my paintings portray places that have since been developed and cannot be experienced anymore, art serving as their only remaining documentation. I believe painting is a sort of personal diary, the emotion felt for your subject always visible in the art you create.
